LJ Bey

LJ Bey (Julius Deshon Jackson) is an independent R&B, hip-hop and RnBass artist and producer from Benicia, California, now based in Sacramento. Writing and producing under his own Elite House imprint, he is a BMI-registered songwriter ('Jackson Julius') with 211 works. Around 2015 his instrumental production cues were placed in Basketball Wives LA, RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars, The Real Housewives of New York City and Catfish (VH1, LOGO, Bravo) through publisher London Cage Music, and those past placements still earn performance royalties on reruns. His releases include the Black Rose EP, the single 'Im In Love,' and a feature catalog spanning Thug Misses, Nia Rene and Mistah F.A.B. In December 2026 he begins The Fruit Of Love: 39 songs released as weekly singles, culminating in the full album on March 24, 2027 — a serialized love story told through his Born on Saturn universe and its Planet Heads characters.
